Franklyn House is a getaway from it all bed & breakfast retreat in the picturesque village of Bratton Fleming.

Bratton Fleming lies to the north-east of Barnstaple, just a few miles outside Exmoor National Park, in lovely, quiet, rolling countryside. As well as some attractive local walking and cycling, it's also an excellent base for exploring Exmoor and the north Devon coast.

Franklyn House is reputed to be the oldest house in Bratton Fleming. In the centre of the village it's just a short walk to the, shop, church and The White Hart pub where you can enjoy morning coffee, lunch and evening meals….there's even a Saturday morning breakfast club if you fancy a fry up!

The self-contained double en-suite room is part of our family home but has its own private entrance...so you can come and go as you please.

The room has a colour flat screen TV, central heating, vanity corner (with hair dryer) and tea and coffee making facilities. Ensuite shower room complete with towels, toiletries and heated towel rail.

Enjoy a Continental style breakfast of freshly baked pastries, a range of cereals and fresh juices brought to you each morning.'
