It is well situated for local amenities in Newport and Barnstaple town centre, golf course, tennis and Tarka Trail walking/cycling. The accommodation comprises a self-contained wing of the house with a spacious en-suite double bedroom and a comfortable private lounge with TV and access to the garden. The lounge can provide further flexible bed space for 1 or 2 persons at extra charge. Guests have unlimited use of a sunny courtyard and a walled garden.
