Barley Cottage has 4 bedrooms in total and two bathrooms on two floors. A large living room with woodburner and plenty of comfortable armchairs and settees for 8. Also has a TV and video. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and radio. The beds all have electric blankets and duvets. Heating and electricity inclusive in charge.

The Old Granary sleeps four and has a lovely open-plan kitchen and living room. The bedroom is spacious and all beds have electric blankets and duvets. The living room is equipped with a TV, video and radio and log effect electric fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and radio. Heating and electricity are included in the charge.

Both cottages share a large patio area and each has a garage. There is a games room with a full length skittle alley, snooker/pool table, table tennis and table football. In the garden there are swings, a see-saw and large trampoline.

By Road:
From M5 junction 27
Take the A361 heading to Barnstaple. Continue on A361 through Barnstaple and Braunton. Go past the village of Knowle. After about 1 mile turn left to North Buckland (road appears to go through a farmyard). Follow the road into North Buckland. We are in the middle of hamlet with a red pillar box outside.
