Instead put in EX34 0EU and this will be nearer to Brambleside. (We're actually midway between the two postcodes.)

Entering Combe Martin from the East along the A399.
Follow the A399 into Combe Martin, look out for the Pack O' Cards pub on the left hand side.
Take the next right into Shute Lane.
After approximately 50 yards, you will come to two roads on the left-hand side (West Challacombe Lane & Flexa Park). Brambleside is opposite the turning for Flexa Park (above the bank). Parking is just top-side of the bungalow.
Entering Combe Martin from the West (Ilfracombe) along the A399
Follow the A399 into Combe Martin, continue past the sea-front for approximately 3/4m mile (1km). Look for the Nisa Local shop on the right-hand side.
Take the next left into Shute Lane (quite sharp).
After approximately 50 yards, you will come to two roads on the left-hand side (West Challacombe Lane & Flexa Park). Brambleside is opposite the turning for Flexa Park (above the bank). Parking is just top-side of the bungalow.

By Rail:
Nearest railway Station - Barnstaple (approx 10 miles).
Buses: No. 30 service - Barnstaple Bus Station to Combe Martin, via Ilfracombe & Berrynarbor. 103 service - Barnstaple Bus Station to Combe Martin, via Ilfracombe
Get off at the Pack O' Cards Bus Stop in Combe Martin. Standing with the Pack O' Cards behind you, walk to the left (towards the sea-side end of the village) and approximately 50 yards on the right, turn into Shute Lane. Brambleside will be found on the right hand side after approximately 50 yards (just top-side of the entrance to Flexa Park).
