Fuchsia Cottage is a delightful stone cottage sympathetically converted from its former use as a stable to neighbouring Croyde Manor. Now one of three terraced cottages, it is conveniently located in the heart of the village, a few minutes’ walk from the pubs, restaurants and shops and nearby Croyde beach with its golden sand and big surf.

Fuchsia Cottage has been tastefully updated with contemporary kitchen/dining room and lounge downstairs. There is Wi-Fi and good mobile phone reception.

The modern kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, new dishwasher and washing machine (purchased 2013). The lounge is equipped with a TV/DVD player and has seating for 5. Upstairs there is a modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and two double bedrooms of good size, and an additional mattress suitable for a child up to 12.

Outdoors, a small, private gravelled seating area is ideal for al fresco dining, with a table and five chairs. Parking is available for a small or medium sized car, but larger cars should be parked in the nearby Croyde Village Hall car park.

Croyde is a superb location for family holidays, also great for surfers and walkers, close to some of the best surfing beaches in the South West, as well as Exmoor and the South West Coast Path. Also nearby is Saunton Sands Golf Club, and the renowned Thatch pub in Croyde and the Rock Inn at Georgeham.

At the time of booking a deposit is required of 30% of the holiday cost, with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday starts.

From Braunton, follow the signs to Croyde. Once in the village of Croyde, continue on the main road as it swings sharply to the right, (with the post office on the left). This is St Mary's Road. You will find Croyde Manor Mews a few hundred metres further along on the left.
