This impressive Victorian licensed Guest House with its own private car park is within distance of Ilfracombe town, harbour, beaches, restaurants, the theatre and nightlife.

We offer the perfect retreat from life's stresses and strains and a friendly but discreet service. If you are looking for a high quality bed and breakfast then Sea Breeze house is the one for you.

All our bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with en-suite facilities. Other facilities include Flat screen television with freeview, Mini Bars, generous hospitality trays, Snack baskets, clock radio, hair dryers, central heating and a few pampering extras.

We have a cosy licensed bar offering a good selection of wines, spirits and local beers. We also offer bar snacks (out of season).

We offer a la carte meals on Friday and Saturday evenings which include Anthony Worrall Thompson signature dish of Lamb Shanks which he has allowed Sea Breeze House to serve. Local Lobster and crab is another speciality dish served (subject to availability). Due to the large variety of restuarants open in the summer we do not serve meals in June, July & August.

Please note we have a very friendly Dalmatian dog. She is restricted to our private lounge, as we are aware not all of our guests are comfortable with dogs.

By Road:
From tourist information centre turn right out of car park, at second set of traffic lights turn right into St Brannocks road. Sea breeze house is on the right hand side.

From junction 27 of the M5, follow the A361 to Barnstaple. Continue on the A361 following signs to Ilfracombe.
On entering Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross Seabreeze is situated on the descent into Ilfracombe on the left hand side of the road.

By Rail:
As we are on the main road leading into the town we have a bus stop opposite which takes you to the Market town of Barnstaple or the blue flag beaches of Croyde & Woolacombe. Other destinations such as Lynton & Lynmouth or Bideford & Clovelly can be connected to from Barnstaple.
