Channel Vista is a late Victorian property, which has been exquisitely modernised to maintain its beauty while providing all modern facilities. The 6 guest bedrooms have full en suite facilities, colour TVs, central heating, ceiling fans and hospitality trays, all surrounded by beautiful decor and themed furniture. New for 2011, a 2 room family suite.
Channel Vista has a ground floor laid out to provide a spacious yet cosy dining-room alongside a cosy lounge/licensed bar in a sunny conservatory. Channel Vista has an attached, free and private car park for the benefit of its guests.
Channel Vista is located in the Woodlands area of Combe Martin, being some 200 yards from the sea. For the comfort of its guests, a non-smoking policy is operated.

By Road:
From M5 - Junction 27 - Leave M5 at junction 27 turn right onto A361 North Devon link road and then turn right onto A399 to Combe Martin. Travel down to seafront and Channel Vista is 200 yards further along on the left-hand side. For car park, turn at signpost "Bay View" then turn right to come behind houses, car park is 30 yards on right hand side.
By Public Transport:
From Barnstaple - 13 miles - Cross river. The bus station is adjacent to Queen Street. Take either "Devon Bus" number 300 or "First Red Bus" number 30 to Combe Martin. Bus stops opposite Channel Vista Guesthouse in Woodlands.
