Chambercombe Manor occupies a secluded valley within 16 acres of grounds. This stunning Manor House dates back to 1066 and is mentioned in the Domesday book. Guests to Chambercombe Manor can enjoy its beautiful gardens, woodland walks and ponds.
All four properties are unique and very comfortably furnished to make ideal holiday accommodation.
Laureldene: All on the ground floor: Living room with sofa bed/kitchen/diner. 1 double bedroom. A small fenced garden area outside. Dogs welcome.
Fuchsia: Living room with double sofa bed, television and DVD player. Kitchen/diner.
First floor: Double bedroom with additional single.
Rose: Living room/diner with double sofa bed, TV and DVD player. Kitchen,
First floor: Double bedroom with additional single bed. Bathroom.
Hayloft: All on first floor: Living room/diner with double sofa bed, TV and DVD player. 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. Kitchen and bathroom.
All our cottages have a bath with shower over. Electricity and bed linen are included. Cots and highchairs are available. There is a washing machine in Fuchsia, Rose and Hayloft. There are extensive shared gardens and ample parking. Short breaks available all year round.

By Road:
Leave the M5 motorway at junction 27 and follow the A361 to Barnstaple, through Braunton to Ilfracombe. Pass through Ilfracombe town centre until you see the Thatch Pub on your right, turn right here and follow the brown signs saying Historic House.
