Traditional home-made, locally sourced food is the order of the day at The Staghunters and we take great pride in our reputation for fine food.

You can choose from a tempting selection of local dishes from our Bar Menu, or opt for our full Restaurant Menu offering seasonal Devon fare with all the trimmings.

Locally caught seafood, poultry, game and Exmoor venison are just a few of the highlights, complemented by an excellent selection of vegetarian dishes.

Our well stocked cellar includes a varied selection of quality wines from Europe, South America, Australasia and South Africa.

The hotel's fully licensed bar serves a varied selection of Real Ales, including the highly regarded Exmoor Gold and Exmoor Ale; draught ciders; draught lagers; spirits; liqueurs and soft drinks.

The Restaurant has lovely views south across our peaceful mature gardens.

Beyond the formal gardens we have a five acre paddock where you can stroll, take in the fine views of the East Lyn valley and enjoy the timeless tranquility.
