Recently awarded Gold in the Devon Tourism awards, our 10 luxurious cottages are nestled within the grounds of a working thoroughbred stud farm called Duckhaven Stud in Westward Ho! North Devon. All our cottages have exclusive private access to the South West Coastal Footpath and are near to the safe sandy blue flag beach of Westward Ho! - Perfect for walking and rambling holidays. We are in easy reach of the famous Tarka Trail.

We have cottages which sleep from 2 - 6 people, all have luxurious super king beds and plush toppers and Egyptian cotton bedding for your comfort. The bedrooms can be twin or super king dependent on your requirements. Bespoke complimentary toiletries are included. We have a choice of 2 disabled access cottages, which are equipped with wet rooms and ramps. Our cottages have been short listed as a finalist in the 2012 Tourism Awards for best self catering holiday cottages in Devon.

Our cottages are open all year round and we also cater for short breaks.

On site facilities include, indoor heated pool (open from May – September) children play area and farm zone, natural herb garden and games room in the barn.

Just 1 mile from the beautiful village, shops, eateries and golden sandy beaches of Westward Ho!, guests are welcome to explore the 50 acres of land all within the AONB which includes some delightful cliff top walks, breathtaking panoramic views and if there’s time, meet some of our retired winning horses & new born foals.
We are also close to the Royal North Devon Golf Club.
