The cottage is a grade II listed traditional "cob" built terrace, and dates from the turn of the 18/19 Century. It has been entirely renovated, and offers all the facilities for stylish modern living along with the charm of an historic cottage.

Its central location means that Summerleaze and Crookletts beach's are just minutes walk away, as is the South West coastal path; and the shops, restaurants and bars of Bude are right on your doorstep.
