We offer six high quality, well-appointed and comfortable self-catering farm holiday cottages. We have excellent all-weather leisure facilities including heated indoor swimming pool and shared hot tub. We are open all year including Christmas and New Year, for short beaks, weekends, mid-week breaks, as well as longer family-friendly holidays.

Robin Hill Farm is stunningly located above an unspoilt, hidden valley (that many of our neighbours haven’t even seen!). We’re close to Bideford, North Devon and are surrounded by green fields and woodland. You’d never realise we’re only 4 miles from the blue flag beach at Westward Ho! And we have easy access to the wide ranging walking, activities and attractions of North Devon and North Cornwall. Perfectly located for a mixed coast and country holiday!

Our six cottages were converted from fine old stone barns and cow sheds. They range in size from smaller single-storey two bedroom cottages (ideal for 1 or 2 couples or young families) to larger family-sized 3 bedroom properties (great for bigger groups or those who just want a more space). Gull Cottage has an expanding table, seats up to 12, and is often booked along with another cottage by two families or for special occasions.

Each cottage has a range of baby friendly and toddler friendly facilities e.g. black out blinds, children's cutlery and crockery with cots, highchairs, stair gates, bed guards available on request and a library of toys, games and DVDs to borrow from.

The cottages are built along two sides of the old farmyard and the living spaces of each are not over looked. Across the courtyard is the farm house in which we live. Close enough to be on hand but far enough to give you space. The car-park is set away from the cottages (although you’re welcome to drive to your door to un-load/load) and even further from the outdoor play areas and indoor pool. Open all year, the cottages are cosily heated ready for your arrival in the colder months.

Gull, Wren and Kingfisher cottages are dog friendly (There is a charge of £25 per dog in addition to the price shown below)

Kingfisher is an easy access ground floor cottage ideal for young and old alike.

Robin Hill Farm is a perfect traffic free environment for relaxation, play and exploration. Relax in the excellent all weather leisure facilities (conservatory with coffee and snacks adjoining swimming pool and hot tub room); play a range of indoor and outdoor games for all ages from climbing frame and table football to Nintendo Wii; and explore our wildflower filled woodland walk and pasture - home to a variety of wildlife including deer, pheasant, tawny owl and buzzard.

Each cottage is well equipped to Enjoy England 4* standard, has a private fully enclosed garden ideal for BBQs; heating by electric radiators; shared laundry room with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and iron; library of DVD's, CD’s and games. Supermarket and takeaway delivery service to your cottage. Secure cycle storage and motion sensor lit car parking. A selection of gourmet meals to buy from our freezer.
