Three cottages set in a secluded Victorian estate with 50 acres of woods/parkland with fabulous views over River Torridge, 1 mile from Bideford. There are woods and grounds to explore and use of hard tennis court.

The estate is close to the Tarka Trail and within easy reach of the beaches and coastal path at Westward Ho!

The units have their own outdoor areas. The Coachman’s Cottage has a king-sized double ensuite room, a twin and single room with separate bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room with woodburner. The Chauffeur’s flat has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room with sofa bed. The Gardener’s Cottage set in its own secluded garden has 4 bedrooms (one ensuite), bathroom, 2 sitting rooms (one with sofa bed) with wood fire, conservatory, kitchen/dining room.

Cot available on request and pets by arrangement. Bed linen (not towels), gas/electricity included. Short breaks available.
