Award winning organic farm in heart of Devon where apple juices are made. Spacious quality oak barn conversion tastefully reconstructed and architecturally designed for two. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area and modern wet room as ground floor. Includes all quality bed line and towels.

A West Lake ‘Welcome Basket’ of the farm produce awaits you, which includes apple juice, cider and daily breakfast eggs and honey from our bees.

An oak staircase leads to the mezzanine floor, luxury kingsize bed, open rafters and roof beams give this area the 'wow' factor. A large balcony offers 180 degree views over Devon's picturesque unspoilt land where you can sit, read, dine or watch the night sky.

There are 13 acres to explore with two large wildlife ponds. Wildflowers are in abundance with birdsong the only noise. West Lake has gained Devon Wildlife 'Gold Award for land management'.

The farm lies between moors and coast ideally situated for a variety of adventures. For walkers and cyclists there are traffic free lanes, the challenging tors of Dartmoor and wonderful SW Coastal Path. Nearby Roadford Lake offers sailing and watersports. The North coast has clean beaches and good surfing. Find trout and salmon fishing on local rivers. RHS Rosemoor is a haven for gardeners. Golfers will enjoy three well groomed courses and birdwatchers have easy access to Lundy Island.

From Exeter: A30 to Okehampton. Through town then right turn to A3079 signed Halwill, Holsworthy Bude. Follow for 10 miles turn right into Halwill Junction. Follow Chilla road for 2 miles till you see West Lake Farm sign. Turn left into unmade track to very end.
