Woody Bay Lynton at Woody Bay
Nestled in a remote and unspoilt corner of Devon, three miles west of Lynton and eight miles east of Combe Martin lies Woody Bay. This sheltered bay is backed by steep cliffs covered in woodlands with an access path that zig-zags down through the woods to the rocky pebble and shingle beach. Popular with dog walkers, due to its stunning location on the South West Coast path, and swimmers willing to brave the cold it is a secluded hidden gem in Exmoor's coastline. A small car park can be found at the top of the access path to provide available access to visitors.
