Treetops is a single storey property newly built to a very high specification and sleeps 4 with cot & highchair available.

Ideally situated only 3 minutes walk from the picturesque Tarka Trail cycle and footpath. Braunton village is only a 5 minute walk away with its many shops, restaurants and pubs.

Treetops is central to 4 fabulous surfing beaches – Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Puttsborough. Set in a peaceful location with great outlook from its sun-trap terrace.

The property consists of a king-size master bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC finished to a very high standard. A twin room with two single beds and ample storage. A lovely spacious open planned well equipped kitchen diner with oven, grill, hob, microwave and dishwasher.

Treetops has a cosy lounge area with a flat screen T.V & DVD player. The property has a small utility area with washer/dryer and an outside area with a tap and draining facility for washing wetsuits etc. Situated up a private drive with storage for bikes and surfboards etc

By Road:
From the M5 take Junction 27 and follow the A361 to Barnstaple then follow signs to Braunton. Drive through Braunton and turn left just after the Braunton Fire Station, take the second left into Frog Lane, Our private drive is on the right before road narrows.
