Self-catering holiday cottages set at the foot of the Sterridge Valley in Devon. Just a few minutes walk from the award winning village of Berrynarbour, Middle Lee Farm is an 18th century Devon long-house with the original farm buildings and west wing of the farmhouse converted to provide comfortable self-catering accommodation in North Devon. The conversions have been carried out over a number of years, the latest, The Barn, being completed in 2001. This has ensured that each cottage has its very own character.
The cottages are in a courtyard setting (the original farmyard), each with its own parking and sun terrace or patio area. There is a central laundry room, a covered play area for darts and table tennis and a gazebo for barbeques. Our front paddock is available in the summer months for ball games, barbeques and picnics.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at a small extra charge. We expect them to be kept off the furniture and not allowed to foul the farmyard. They must be kept on a lead within the farmyard and not be left unattended in the properties. Owners are responsible for any damage their pets may cause and must clean up after them as necessary.
