North Devon SW Tourism Award Winners

North Devon businesses beat off competition from the whole of the South West region to scoop Gold awards in two prestigious categories including the Self-catering & Serviced Apartments of the year, B&B, Guest accommodation & Inn of the year, Outstanding Customer Service and Business Tourism.

42 outstanding tourism businesses and 6 of the South West region's top Tourist Information Centres were presented with awards at a ceremony at the Riviera International Conference Centre in Torquay last night (15 November) which was organised in association with South West Water and Blue Chip Holidays.

The awards were presented by BBC journalist and broadcaster Declan Curry.  The Gold Award winners at this year's awards will all now go on to represent the South West at the National Enjoy England Awards for Excellence in 2011.

The North Devon winners were as follows:
