Lorna Doone House is situated in a tranquil setting by the River Lyn, just a five minute walk into the main area of Lynmouth.
We have six en-suite rooms. Four of our rooms have river views. Our two standard rooms have the same facilities. Guests can enjoy a great breakfast and a four course evening meal in our dining room whilst enjoying a great view of the River Lyn and the surrounding hillside. Neil is an experienced chef and we can adapt our menus to suit all tastes and diets. We are licensed and so you can enjoy a gin and tonic on our terrace as the sun goes down and a great selection of wine with your meals. If you prefer to stay on bed and breakfast you can still relax and unwind with a drink after a long walk. We have a guest lounge where you can take tea and coffee and enjoy a quiet read and just catch up with your friends and family. Families and Pets are welcome. Come to us and relax and unwind.

Notes
Lynmouth is a beautiful rural location but is not ideal for people with any walking disabilities as the area is very hilly. Whilst we make every effort to welcome all guests our house dates back to late 1880 and it has not been possible to adapt any of our rooms specifically for wheelchair users. We unfortunately do not have a lift. However, we can accommodate guests with hearing disabilities and reduced sight disabilities
