We are a co-operative of like-minded farmers and know we have something special to offer our visitors. We have top quality, Tourist Board-graded self-catering and B&B accommodation across the region, from Exmoor and the glorious North Devon coast to the lovely wooded river valleys and rolling countryside of “Tarka” country.

Some of our farms date back to Anglo-Saxon times and others are more modern, some large and some small, but we can all offer a comfortable stay and up-to-date facilities.

Experience life in the countryside, throughout the seasons, and whatever the weather. Enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities, nature and wildlife, the bustle of small market towns, local crafts and good food. It’s all here. But however you spend your day here you can be sure of returning to warmth and comfort and a hospitality you will treasure forever.

Bideford, Barnstaple, Braunton, Combe Martin, Exmoor, Great Torrington, Holsworthy, Ilfracombe, Lynton & Lynmouth, South Molton and Woolacombe.

Properties cater for between 2 and 12 people.
