Seemingly endless stretches of sandy beaches with extraordinary dune systems, rugged shores and unusual harbours and coves make North Devon's coastline one of the finest in the world.
The prestigious Blue Flag award has been awarded to 3 of North Devon's beaches for 2010:
Tunnels Beaches in Ilfracombe, Woolacombe Sands and Westward Ho!
Blue Flag status is awarded to coastal destinations which have achieved the highest quality in water, facilities, safety, environmental education and management.
