This year the North Devon Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary in style with an expanded programme including even more special commissions and innovations.
When the festival began it ran for 16 days involving just 27 events; now it has become an amazing large scale ‘festival of festivals’, spanning the whole of June and featuring over 200 events in hundreds of locations throughout the region.
What makes the festival so special is the mix of top-quality arts and entertainment, the familiar and eagerly anticipated blockbuster events and the variety of community involvement, all set against the most spectacular landscape and coastline that any festival could offer.

From the east, North Devon is best reached along the A361 then the A39. This route is reached from Junction 27 on the M5. If you are travelling from the west or south the best access is via the A39 up through Bude or the A386 from Okehampton. Barnstaple offers a Park & Ride scheme - the car park is sign-posted off the A39. More information here.
