  • The cottages and leirsure facilities are located at the head of a small valley therefore this is a sloping site, however, Kingfisher is a ground floor cottage with level access at front and out to the rear garden (all others have at least one half step up or down to front door).<br /><br />Indoor leisure block (pool &amp; games room) accessed via flight of wide wooden steps/decking, <br /><br />Part of the Courtyard - leading to Wren and Swallow Cottages and the communal laundry/information room is cobbled. <br /><br />
