As a thank you to all who serve or have served in the armed forces The Milky Way Adventure Park between Clovelly and Bideford is offering FREE entry for all service personnel (proof required) this Armed Forces Day – Saturday 30th June 2018. What's more you can bring up to 5 additional people in at the VIP rate of £7.50 per adult/child (age 3+) and £3.50 for 1 and 2 year olds. What’s to do there? Voted Devon’s Large Attraction of the Year 2016, all the rides, shows and play areas at this all-weather family park are included in one entrance fee, and it’s fun for parents as well as kids. As well as the brand- new Gravity Rider there are 3 other coasters, plus dodgems and the Time Warp - a huge indoor play area with death slides. Gentler activities include the mini-train, jumping pillows, Sci-Fi memorabilia, golf, archery and shows – including amazing displays from the North Devon Birds of Prey Centre and Merlin from Britain’s Got Talent. Little ones love it too. The innovative Little Stars play centre offers play for 0- 6s, and some gentler areas of Time Warp are set aside just for little ones too. Whether you have school-age kids or toddlers, or need an attraction that’s accessible and dog-friendly, this is a great day out.

Our postcode is EX39 5RY. Please note that some systems have been known to direct people off the main A39 too early so please look out for the signs to the Milky Way and stay on the A39 until you see them!

The Milky Way is located just off the main A39 10 miles from Bideford towards Clovelly and 15 miles from Bude just past Clovelly, in North Devon.

From Bideford - we’re 10 miles or about 12 minutes drive, towards Clovelly. From Bude - we’re 15 miles or about 20-25 minutes drive, just past Clovelly. From Barnstaple - we’re 18 miles or about 20-25 minutes drive, towards Bideford / Clovelly.

Travelling from the Croyde, Woolacombe, Ilfracombe areas: We suggest you avoid Barnstaple town centre by turning right at the traffic signals just before Barnstaple (signposted Taunton, Exeter M5), and take the new bridge. Continue until you join the A39 and head west past Bideford, towards Clovelly. We are 1 mile the Bideford side of Clovelly.

The 319 Barnstaple, Bideford, Abbotsham, Clovelly & Hartland Bus drops and picks up visitors at The Milky Way (a 2 minute walk to the Little Stars entrance). Drop off time 9.54am and pick up time 2.59pm and 18.34pm
